Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: In-stock items will ship with 24-48 hours. Let us know if you need your order in a hurry and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock or will be drop-shipped from a manufacturer it can take about 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. For certain customers we will also accept check or a PO (Purchase Order), but do not select these options unless you have been approved. Doing so will delay your order.

Q: Do I have to create an account to make a purchase from your website?
A: No, you don't. You can log out as a guest without having to create an account but we highly recommend that you do create an account. Click to learn why.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Yes, if your order is shipped to somewhere in Virginia. If your order is shipped anywhere other than Virginia than you will not be charged sales tax.
